Asthma & Allergies
Patients who have trouble getting enough air in their lungs can experience a lot of suffering & anxiety, especially when unable to get a full breath in their airway. Most asthma complaints have some sort of allergic component whether it be environmental triggers or food sensitivities; the best way to determine this is with testing that can give us the answers. After we determine what the patient is allergic to, we will either instruct to avoid those foods or to begin the subcutaneous, natural desensitization treatment we offer in-office & specifically tailored for each patient. We may prescribe nutritional products to help keep the inflammation in the airway down, as well as regular rescue inhalers & other inflammatory medicines to help control the symptoms.
